FRRC is a grassroots, membership organization run by Returning Citizens, Formerly Incarcerated Persons (FIPs) in partnership with allies. They are dedicated to ending the disenfranchisement and discrimination against people with convictions and creating a more comprehensive and humane reentry system that will enhance successful reentry, reduce recidivism, and increase public safety.

Join Equality Florida and our Community Partners for a Voter Outreach Workshop! The Voter Outreach Workshops are designed to prepare voters to participate in the most impactful forms of voter outreach: door-to-door canvassing, phone banking, and relational outreach. Participants will learn the effectiveness of these three voter outreach models. The workshop will cover how to prepare for a canvass (doorknocking/phonebanking), what to expect during a canvass, and how to stay safe during a canvass. This workshop will also cover some of the most common tools used for a canvass such as Mini VAN and open VPB. If you don't know what those acronyms mean, then this workshop is for you!!

Refreshments will of course be offered, Location is in St. Petersburg with exacts being shared with participants upon registration.
