• Indivisible North Pinellas and Indivisible Fl-13: Two additional Indivisible organizations in Pinellas County.

• Pinellas County NOW: Pinellas County NOW is the local chapter of the National Organization for Women, the largest U.S. feminist advocacy organization. 

• Live Tampa Bay: Mobilizes business, faith, nonprofit and philanthropic leaders in our region around a singular mission: to drastically reduce opioid deaths in our community.

• Run for Something: Recruits and supports young progressives to become involved in politics.

• Students for a Democratic Society: Fights for progressive actions; the organization also has a Tampa Bay chapter. 

• Families for Strong Public Schools: Centers students in education policy and supports a strong public education agenda at all levels of government.

• PFLAG: Supports and provides information for parents, families, friends and allies of LGBTQ+ persons.

• MoveOn: Mobilizes members to fight for a world marked by equality, sustainability, justice and love.

• Democracy Security Project: Provides solutions for change-makers facing new or urgent threats to themselves or their work.

• Substack has a array of politically focused writers. Check out these as a start: The Grassroots Connector and The Bulwark and Letters from an American (Heather Cox Richardson). Substack membership is free; most sites don' require a subscription. 

• Tangle News: A newsletter that summarizes political arguments from the left and right and provides its own “take” on the news. Subscribe to the free newsletter or pay a small fee for additional content.

• ProPublica: Independent, nonprofit news site known for its investigative journalism.
